  Laboratory and Production Test Machine:

  Increasing safety requirements due to government regulations and customer requirements, a speed up in development time and simultaneous engineering lead to lab testing. Therefore lab test machines become more and more important.

  New Tire Testing Requirements TIRE LABEL:

  Due to new government legislation a new labelling regulations was issued by the EU / US and Japan. This regulation will finally become a world standard. In order to advise customers how to build energy efficient, low-noise and safe tires wet grip, snow performance testing (ASTM F1805-06), the tires have to be tested intensively.TestingService offers required tests and test equipments in order to classify your tires into the referring classes.

  US Tire Label:

  

  NHTSA proposed to use traction and treadwear test procedures that are already specified under another tire rating system, the uniform tire quality-grading standards (UTQG).

  For rolling resistance the ISO28580 will be used as per all standards.

  TestingService builds the referring traction trailer for the wet traction measurement (see above picture) and the rolling resistance tester with force and torque method. Further we can support to get the right equipment for noise measurement.
